Shenzhen and Hong Kong launch '72-hour experience pass' for global talent

72 hours—what awaits you in the twin cities of Shenzhen and Hong Kong? Visit top universities, innovation and technology hubs, and world-class tech companies? Stroll along the Victoria Harbour promenade and ascend the Bay Glory Ferris wheel? Or explore new career opportunities between the international financial center (Hong Kong) and China's Silicon Valley (Shenzhen)? The answer is: all of the above! And no matter where you are in the world, airfare is covered! Coastal accommodations are provided! All expenses are subsidized!

This generous "gift" is the newly launched "Shenzhen-Hong Kong 72-Hour Experience Pass" program, a joint initiative by the governments of both cities. It aims to invite global talent to visit, experience, explore, and collaborate in the Greater Bay Area, offering 500 flight tickets, 200 coastal rooms, and 1,000 high-paying job matching opportunities to send a powerful global message in attracting top talent.

The target beneficiaries of the "Shenzhen-Hong Kong 72-Hour Experience Pass" are overseas professionals and entrepreneurs interested in pursuing career development or launching ventures in Hong Kongand/or Shenzhen, with a focus on three groups: "Distinguished Professionals," "Innovation & Technology (I&T) Talents," and "EmergingTalent."

Among them, "Distinguished Professionals" refer to faculty members, scholars, or researchers from world-renowned universities; "Innovation & Technology (I&T) Talents" refer to research professionals or executives from leading global technology companies; "Emerging Talent" refers to high-achieving graduates or professionals from prestigious universities worldwide. Qualified candidates may submit applications. Selection will be based on a comprehensive assessment of academic background, working experience, research achievements, and other relevant factors of individual applicants.

72小时，在深港双城能做什么？是参访深港顶尖高校、科创园区及世界级科企，还是漫步维港两岸、登临“湾区之光”，又或者在国际金融中心与中国硅谷，探索事业新机遇？以上都可以！而且不论你身处世界何处，都包机票！住滨海房！全程补贴费用！

以上“大礼包”，就是深港两地政府携手推出的“深港72小时体验券”计划，目的是邀全球人才来湾区参访、体验、考察、合作，并为此提供500张机票、200间滨海房以及1000个高薪岗位对接机会，向世界释放全球揽才的强烈信号。

“深港72小时体验券”的目标使用人群是“有意来香港、深圳工作、创业的海外人士”，并重点聚焦“卓越人才、创科人才和青年人才”三大群体。

其中，“卓越人才”指国际知名大学教授、学者或研究员；“创科人才”指国际知名科技企业科研人才或管理人才；“青年人才”指国际知名大学优秀人才。只要符合上述“基本资格”之一的申请人，都可以递交申请。深港两地相关部门将根据学习经历、工作经验、科研成就等，综合判断是否入选体验计划。
